The Company was formed in 2006 by Jebs Cockburn, Russell Smith and Steve Harris who all have a vast range of experience and expertise with in the construction industry.
Since its conception JRS have under taken contracts, to build new dwellings from Multi-house sites to one off individual builds, Barn Conversion and extensions, with all of our Sub Contractors producing the highest stand of workmanship for the Company.
JRS is registered with the NHBC (National House Building Council) so that all new homes are built to NHBC standards. The NHBC monitor and assess each stage of the build and at completion a Buildmark cover will be issued, this cover is recognized by Mortgage companies and Estate Agents of the specified standards of construction.
